Neopets: Water Faerie

This is the fourth part in the Neopets Faerie series that I'm doing! So I meant to finish this and have it up before the new year, but I guess I got lazy :/ I'm pretty pleased with it, although I did get lazy with the reflections of the water.. Still! I like it Constructive criticism is welcome!
